What is Commandment Fragment?
A fragment spawns in Sin Village every 30 minutes, stays for 15 minutes, and is per player, so there is no race to a shared pickup. Mobs can also drop one. It is flagged as a legendary item. The totem must already be unlocked or the fragment has no stage to enter. SORRYFORSHUTDOWN is reported to grant one fragment alongside 100 Emeralds.
